Method
- Slice the mozzarella into rounds.
- Wash and cut the tomatoes into thick slices.
- Prepare a vinaigrette by mixing the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Assemble the tomato burger by starting with a slice of red tomato, then a slice of mozzarella, a slice of colored tomato, another slice of mozzarella, and repeat this process for 3 or 4 layers. Add basil leaves in between. Drizzle the burger with vinaigrette and garnish with a few fresh basil leaves.
