Off-eats is a service that delivers Daily-burger burgers.
Basically, Daily-burger is a service that sells burgers for home delivery, but it had no way of delivering them, so they asked Uber-eats to provide a delivery service, but Uber-eats refused because it wasn’t profitable for them.
After this refusal, Daily-burger decided to use the little money it had to create its own delivery service.
They decided to call it Off-eats just to send a little jab at the service that had refused to deliver.
